AVAILABILITY OF CD COPIES

New copies of the standard CD can be obtained from various U.S. or Canadian sources for $13-17us. They can be purchased from New Zealand sources for about $27nz. As of 13 December, 2005, a 3-cd + dvd-audio set, of the complete extended edition score, is available for about $55us.
