This dark comedy is set in current Dunedin. A university student has found an old, large"abandoned" house and proceeds to invite other students to share. It even has running electricity. They discover that most of the basement is securely locked and it isn't long before someone gets it open and discovers a huge automated pot growing operation. One of the students talks the others into "harveting" the find and selling it to a dealer he knows. Well, of course, shortly thereafter, the grower shows up, and things turn nasty. This doesn't turn into a bloodfest, but it does get a bit messy at times.
