This is a fantasy/Horror, B-style film designed with the 15-30 age male in mind. Numerous previous films, of this sort, will come to mind when viewing, but there are some interesting differences. This is not particularily gory and is not a darkly lit film. In fact half of it was filmed outside, at night, but with a highly lit foreground. The result is you can see the actors, but the background is totally black. The film starts with daylight outdoor and indoor scenes in Auckland, but then moves to the Waikato District around the community of Te Awamutu. This low budget film is worth a view for its differences, even though the story is not particularily new.
